But please don't make websites fully in flash. They're very annoying and they bog down slower computers. If you want to get into web design, learn the proper way to do it (HTML, CSS, PHP, javascript, etc).Is that possible to create a site without having any knowledge of flash coding?
Yes, don't use flash at all ... just HTML/CSS
