or what do i do?How do you make a picture flash a bunch of different colors?
you open it in an image editor.
go to the colors menu
slide hue over a bit
save the image
slide it some more
save it under a diff name
keep doing this till you have gone back to the starting point
use free image editing software like gimp that can open all the images into different layers and save them as an animated gif.
