What error are you getting? What happens when you try to play the tutorials?
Does the version of QuickBooks that you are using claim to be compatible with the version of MSFT Windows that you are using?

I'm using QB pro and it does not recognize internet explorer 7 have to revert back to 6 This the only problem that I have had with QB
