How to installed adobe flash player and its plugins?

I am using Internet explorer but once I was installed opera, adobe flash player %26amp; adobe flash player plugins but not installed adobe flash player . it is dosn't supported to opera. Then immideately uninstalled opera from pc. Also it cannot download. So please tell me how to install adobe flash player, adobe flash player plugins?How to installed adobe flash player and its plugins?
- On your PC go to SETTINGS %26gt; CONTROL PANEL %26gt; ADD OR REMOVE PROGRAMS (Programs and Features in VISTA) and remove ';Macromedia flash player, Adobe Flash Player ActiveX, Adobe FlashPlayer Plugin'; (if exist)


- Go to INTERNET EXPLORER %26gt; TOOLS %26gt; INTERNET OPTIONS %26gt; GENRAL tab %26gt; SETTINGS button %26gt; VIEW OBJECTS button and remove ';Shockwave Flash Object'; (if exists)


- Start Internet Explorer go to http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplaye鈥?/a> and follow instructions on the download site


- Restart the PC again after the installation.
