How can I import my flash into video?

I'm using Adobe Flash CS3 and I am done with my animation, problem is I don't know how to import it into a Quicktime video.





I need it so that I can upload my animation to Youtube or Deviantart





I lost my manual.

Import the video in Flash Video MX Pro, as it supports almost all the video formats, like AVI, WMV, 3GP, 3G2, VOB, DVD, MOV, MP4, etc.





Install and run the program, and you will get the main interface below. Click the ';folder'; immediately behind the ';Import video'; to import your video.
